Food & Drink

Founded in 1856, Wheeler's of St James, in the heart of one of London's most distinguished locations, became the worlds finest fish restaurant in the twentieth century and a regular eating house for the great and the good of high society: dignitaries, businessmen and artisans.

Food - Elegant yet unpretentious rooms provide a choice of dining areas, with tables dressed with lace tablecloths draped over butter-soft hide. The solid oak beams, low ceilings and butt and bead walls contrast with Marco's extensive collection of JAKS vibrant cartoons and photos of Fernhurst through the ages, creating the perfect ambiance in which to indulge.

Drink - We serve a great selection of ales, ciders, high quality spirits and liqueurs. We also have an extensive list of wines and an impressive selection of champagnes.
